Half Fast Subs

I am sure every CU student in Boulder knows about Half Fast Subs.  If they don’t then they haven’t experienced life yet.  Being that I am not from Colorado, and my fiance went to CU, he wanted to share this place with me. I have never been disappointed. Everyone that works there is super friendly and laid back. The subs are always awesome.  Every time I go, I try someone thing new.  I don’t know how you can’t since the menu is ginormous. So many options for subs. The drinks… oh the drinks. Getting a personal pitcher of margarita or long island is totally worth it. They also allow dogs on the patio, which you watch the college traffic. I don’t think I can say anything bad about this sub joint. I love it! Every time I am in Boulder, I have to stop in and get a sub.

 

Royal Hilltop

What did you do for National Burger Day? I went out and enjoyed a fantastic, juicy cheeseburger from Royal Hilltop.  If you haven’t been to this great establishment, then you should check it out.  They have an extensive beer list that has options for all. The food menu has a variety as well.  From burgers to grilled chicken to french dips. Knowledgeable staff as well.  The waitress always knows the details of every beer they have on tap. If you want a good bite to eat, and a cold tasty beer, hit up the Royal Hilltop. Totally worth it.
